Meeting: RtR Competitors

There will be a competitors' meeting on Wednesday March 25 at Oakland YC, from 1900-2100. This meeting will also serve as the awards meeting for the Corinthian race, and as your chance to pick up swag from Fiasco and Corinthian if you raced those.

Year-end Meeting – Dec 18
Reminder! The final meeting of the year will be this Wednesday night 12/18 at the Oakland Yacht Club starting at 1900h. We’ll be recognizing the season winners, introducing the incoming Commodore and talking about the upcoming 2025 season. C’mon by and hang out with your fellow racers in person! See you there!
Vallejo 1-2 Approaching
Hello, SSS Racers
Registration for the final SSS races of the year, the Vallejo 1-2, will close in roughly two days, at 2359 Wednesday October 2. The Vallejo 1-2 is a fun chance to try singlehanding from Southampton Shoal downwind to Vallejo Saturday, stay overnight in a marina, and then race “doublehanded” upwind from Vallejo back to Richmond on Sunday. Note you can race “doublehanded” Sunday with just one person, if you like, per definition of doublehanded in the NOR.
The cost covers both days of racing and is as follows:

- $45 for non-members

There will be an in-person SSS meeting, and competitors’ briefing, at Oakland YC on Wednesday October 2 from 1900-2100. All Vallejo 1-2 racers, and SSS members, are encouraged to attend.
Once you’re at Vallejo, there will be a $25 rib dinner Saturday night.
