August 5 & 6 Drakes Bay race registration is open

Hello, SSS Racers!

Now that the Singlehanded Transpacific Yacht Race has wound down and boats are coming back, it's time to look ahead to a different race that ends with anchoring out: the Drakes Bay race on August 5 & 6. Participants get to race up Saturday, anchor out overnight, and race back Sunday. Since this race is closely coordinated with the YRA crewed Drakes Bay race, you might meet more people than your usual SSS friends.

Hello, SSS Drakes Bay Racers!

The skippers meeting for the August 5 & 6 Drakes Bay is tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 7:30 PM.

Registered skippers should have just receieved a jibeset email with the zoom information. I will try to send another email to last minute registrants sometime tomorrow late afternoon.

Please join us for a talk about the race, and please share your wisdom with some of the newer competitors during the Q&A portion at the end.

We have invited skippers registered for the YRA race to join us as well.
